Established in Qingdao in 2016, Hisured Mold operates from a 1,500 m² factory with 22 employees and a production capacity of approximately 100 mold sets per month. Every mold moves through the same core machining, molding and inspection processes below.

Molds are shipped FOB Qingdao with wooden-box export packing. Typical mold lead time is approximately 45–85 days depending on structure and size.
Custom Mold Process
Step 1
Drawing Review
Your drawings and requirements are reviewed for feasibility and manufacturability.
Step 2
Quotation & Confirmation
A custom quotation is prepared from your drawing; specification and terms are confirmed before start.
Step 3
Mold Design
Mold structure, cavity layout and cooling circuits are designed around the confirmed part.
Step 4
CNC / EDM / Wire-Cut Machining
Mold bases, cores and cavities are machined using CNC, EDM and wire-cutting processes.
Step 5
Assembly & Trial
The mold is assembled and trial-run to validate fit, function and injection performance.
Step 6
CMM Inspection
Critical dimensions are measured on a coordinate measuring machine against the drawing.
Step 7
Packing & Shipment
The mold is packed in an export wooden case and shipped FOB Qingdao.
Dimensional Inspection
Critical mold and component dimensions are measured on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) against the customer drawing before shipment. This verifies the mold matches the confirmed specification prior to packing.
